ARTICLE 1: Object

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions governing the provision of services on the api.oalley.fr and oalley.fr sites, hereinafter "Oalley", and the user by the "user"

The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies his acceptance of these general conditions of use.

In the event of non-acceptance of the general conditions of use stipulated in the present contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

Oalley reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these Terms of Use at any time.

ARTICLE 2: Legal notice

The api.oalley.fr and oalley.fr websites are published by Oalley SAS (SIREN : 843 086 562), whose registered office is located at 85 allées Charles de fitte - 31300 Toulouse - France.

The Director of Publication is Mr. Faudemer Dan.

The host of the sites api.oalley.fr and oalley.fr is OVH SAS whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - France.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract:

ARTICLE 4: Service Access

The site is accessible free of charge in any place to any User having access to Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.

The non-member User does not have access to services reserved for members. For that, he must register using his email address and a password.

The User has the possibility of contacting the site by e-mail at the address contact@oalley.fr.

Only members can access Oalley's services.

ARTICLE 5: Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, signs and any other content of the site are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.

ARTICLE 6: Personal Information

The information requested at registration to the site is necessary and mandatory for the creation of the User's account. In particular, the e-mail address may be used by the site for the administration and management of the service.

The site ensures to the User a collection and a treatment of the personal information in the respect of the private life in accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. The site is registered with the CNIL under the number "2187393 v 0".

By the articles 39 and 40 of the law dated January 6, 1978, the User has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition of his personal data. The User exercises this right by e-mail to contact@oalley.fr.

ARTICLE 7: Liability and force majeure

The site uses all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services. The obligation being of means, the site does not commit itself to reach this result.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the network or server does not engage the responsibility of Oalley.

Access to the services of the site may at any time be subject to interruption, suspension, modification without notice for maintenance or for any other case. The User undertakes not to claim any compensation following the interruption, suspension or modification of this contract and service.

The sources of the information published on the site are deemed reliable. However, the site reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources. The information provided on the site and by the service is for information purposes only. Thus, the User alone assumes full responsibility for the use of the information, content and services on this site.

The User makes sure to keep his password secret. Any disclosure of the password, regardless of its form, is prohibited.

The User assumes the risks associated with the use of his username and password. The site declines all responsibility.

Any use of the service by the User having directly or indirectly the objective of harming Oalley will be subject to compensation for the benefit of the site.

An optimal guarantee of the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted is not ensured by the site. However, the site undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the best security and confidentiality of data.

The site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

ARTICLE 8: Services

ARTICLE 8.1: API isochrone

The isochrones API can only be accessed with a valid API key. The latter is provided when you register on the site.

Upon registration the user will be granted credit to use the Oalley API.

Each time the Oalley isochrones API is used, the member's credit will be debited.

To reload his credit or change his offer, the member must contact the site by email via : contact@oalley.fr.

ARTICLE 8.2: Postcode extraction tool

ARTICLE 8.2.1: Service description

This Service allows the User to retrieve the list of cities or postal codes within a car travel time from an address. The Service estimates travel time by car to obtain the data. These estimates may differ from actual travel time.

ARTICLE 8.2.2: Service access

The service has a demo version. To have access to all the data, the user must buy the service by credit card directly on the site or contact Oalley by email at : contact@oalley.fr to get a quote, to get access to the service.

ARTICLE 8.3 : Catchment area analysis tool

ARTICLE 8.3.1: Service description

The Service allows the User to obtain statistical information in a travel time zone in France.

ARTICLE 8.3.2: Service access

The access to the service requires a paying license, the user will have to buy the service by credit card directly on the site or contact by mail Oalley at : contact@oalley.fr, to get a quote.


When using the API or Oalley services on any medium, you must make it clear that the origin of the data comes from Oalley, as well as a hyperlink to the latter.

Oalley uses data from different third-party sources indicated on each service or API. The user must respect the source attribution criteria when using the data.

You understand and agree that Oalley has the sole right to determine whether the attribution on the medium is in accordance with the above terms.


You may not resell or sublicense Oalley's services.

ARTICLE 9: Links

Many outgoing hypertext links are present on the site, however the web pages to which these links lead are in no way the responsibility of Oalley, which has no control over these links.

The User is therefore prohibited from engaging the site's responsibility for the content and resources relating to these outgoing hypertext links.

ARTICLE 10: Contract update

The site reserves the right to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract at any time.

Article 11: Personal Information protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify any personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you agree that we may collect and use this data for the execution of this contract. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and promotional offers regarding products published by the Company and its partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. Simply click on the link at the end of our emails or contact the controller (Dan Faudemer, 85 allées Charles de fitte, 31300 Toulouse) by RAR letter or send us an email at contact@oalley.fr. We monitor traffic on all our sites. To do this, we use tools such as Google Analytics.

ARTICLE 12: Duration

The duration of this contract is indeterminate. The contract becomes effective with respect to the User as of the use of the service.

ARTICLE 13: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In case of absence of amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, only the courts are competent.
